Coaching Built for ADHD Founders
Master Your Executive Function
Planning, prioritising, starting, finishing — the things your brain fights you on most. We build executive function strategies designed specifically for ADHD wiring, so you stop relying on willpower and start building systems that actually work.
Turn Ideas Into Action
You don’t need another business course. You need someone who understands why you can envision the entire company but can’t write the first email. We help you break big visions into small, doable steps — and actually follow through.
AI Tools That Work With Your Brain
We integrate AI-powered strategies into your coaching — tools that handle the tasks your ADHD brain hates (admin, scheduling, writing first drafts) so you can focus on what you’re brilliant at: the ideas, the vision, the creative problem-solving.
How It Works
1. Start a Free Call
A 30-minute call to help you apply for free coaching via an Access to Work Grant, based on where you are with your business and, where you want to be in life, and what’s holding you back from Flourishing.
2. Unlock Free Funding
Most people don’t know this: the UK government’s Access to Work scheme can cover the full cost of your coaching — even if you’re self-employed. We help you apply. It takes 10 minutes and we handle the paperwork.
3. Map Your Business Plan
Together we map out your executive function challenges and design a coaching approach that’s tailored to your ADHD brain and your specific business goals. No generic frameworks
4. Build With Support
Weekly 1-hour video coaching sessions. You’ll build real momentum — with AI-powered tools, accountability, and a coach who gets it. Most clients see meaningful progress within 4–6 sessions.

Have questions before you start? We’re here to answer them
Here are the answers to the questions people ask most often before getting started.
-
Both — and that’s the point. Most business coaches don’t understand ADHD. Most ADHD coaches don’t understand the specific challenges of starting and running a business. We work at the intersection: executive function strategies applied directly to your business goals. Planning, prioritising, time management, follow-through — all through the lens of how your ADHD brain actually processes work.
-
Yes. Access to Work is available to anyone who is employed, self-employed, or about to start work — including starting your own business. If you have ADHD, autism, or another condition that affects your work, you’re likely eligible. The grant covers the full cost of coaching, and we help you apply. Most of our entrepreneur clients pay nothing.
-
It’s a 30-minute call for Ben to ask about your business, what’s getting in your way, and where you want to be. Then, you’ll translate this into an application for an Access to Work Grant (no diagnosis needed).
-
AI is changing how ADHD entrepreneurs work — and we stay on top of it. During coaching, Ben will introduce you to AI tools and workflows that handle the tasks your brain resists: writing first drafts, organising information, managing scheduling, creating systems. Think of it as building an AI assistant that’s specifically configured for your ADHD brain and your business needs. You won’t just learn about the tools — you’ll build them into your daily workflow during sessions.
-
Yes to coaching — you don’t need a diagnosis to work with us. If you recognise ADHD patterns in how you work (difficulty with focus, time, planning, emotional regulation), coaching can help. For Access to Work funding, you’ll typically need a formal diagnosis or supporting letter from a GP. If you don’t have one yet, we can guide you on the fastest routes to getting assessed. Many clients start coaching privately while their Access to Work application is being processed.
-
Business courses assume your brain works a certain way — sit through modules, follow the steps, implement the system. For ADHD brains, that falls apart immediately. Our coaching starts with how YOUR brain processes information, then builds strategies around that. We don’t give you a system and hope it sticks. We co-create one that’s designed for how you actually think, plan, and operate. And we provide accountability to help you follow through when motivation drops.
-
Most clients see meaningful progress in 4–6 sessions. Some continue longer for ongoing support as their business grows. There are no contracts or commitments — you book session by session and stop whenever you’re ready. If you’re funded through Access to Work, your sessions are covered for as long as the grant lasts.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients are Autistic or AuDHD (ADHD + autism). The coaching approach accounts for both — the need for structure AND flexibility, sensory considerations, social masking fatigue, and the particular challenge of being a neurodivergent entrepreneur in a world designed for neurotypical workflows. Access to Work funding also covers autism.
