For individuals

Whether you're looking for ADHD coaching, training, or admin support; we are trusted professionals, ready to help.

We accept privately funded clients, employee schemes, and Access to Work Grants.

What it is

50 mins ADHD Coaching (remote)

Good coaching is good listening. Our qualified coaches will ask curious, well informed questions, that help you reflect on your beliefs, define your values, and take accountable steps towards realistic goals.

Our coaches are all ADDCA trained - the gold standard in ADHD Coach Training, regulated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Who it’s for

We coach professionals, parents and students, mostly with ADHD brains.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with us, or to apply for Access to Work funded support (available to adults employed in the UK).

Coaching can be transformative for anyone, but our focus is supporting people with ADHD, Autism, and other distinct brain types.

What to expect

Coaching often focuses on common ADHD challenges like procrastination, overwhelm and time-blindness that often make it harder to feel like you're flourishing.

We understand that ADHD impacts every area of life. We also know that when we thrive as whole human beings, it's easier to move from coping to flourishing, in work, study, relationships and life goals.

Coaching is a confidential space, structured to help you building a life that works with, not against your distinct brain wiring. We’re here to get you flourishing.
