ADHD coaching, training and coping strategies
Access to Work Support for entrepreneurs & professionals

Struggling to manage your time, attention and emotions?
Coaching can help you start flourishing
Time
Coaching is a confidential space designed to help you build a life that works with, not against, your brain. Common time related challenges we help with include:
Difficulty planning, prioritising, and estimating how long things take.
Chronic lateness, missed deadlines, and procrastination.
Trouble keeping track of belongings, bills, or schedules.
Attention
Coaching helps you set realistic, meaningful goals, and stay accountable to the steps you choose. We often understand attention challenges including:
Maintain concentration on boring, repetitive, or draining tasks.
Being easily derailed by internal thoughts or external distractions.
Alternating between distractibility and “hyper-focus”.
Emotions
Good coaching involves good listening and thoughtful questions to help you understand and learn to regulate your emotion challenges, including:
Experiencing emotions more intensely.
Rejection sensitivity.
Impulsive decisions (spending, speaking, or commitments in work or relationships).
