Access to Work (ATW) is a UK government scheme that funds workplace adjustments for people with ADHD and other conditions — including 1:1 coaching and assistive tech training.

I have a physical or mental health condition or disability that means I need support to do my job e.g. ADHD or Autism (you can still apply if you do not have a formal diagnosis)
I am aged 16 or over
I am in paid work in England, Scotland or Wales
I am starting a new job, or a new role, in the UK in next 12 weeks
I live in England, Scotland or Wales

I'm not a civil servant

You're a civil servant if you work directly for a UK government department (for example DWP, HMRC or the Home Office), rather than for a council, the NHS or another public body. If you're not sure, check with your employer.
