How to make a data protection complaint

You can complain to us if you are unhappy with how we have used your personal information, or how we have dealt with a request about it. For example, a request to see or delete your information. You do not have to use any special words.

How to complain

Email ben@flourishing.health. It helps if you tell us:

  • your name and how to reach you

  • what happened, and when

  • what you would like us to do

If your complaint is about Ben Pollard, email Andrew Chaplin at andrew@flourishing.health instead.

If your complaint is about something else, such as your coaching, email us at the same address and we will tell you how we will handle it.

You can also tell us in any other way that suits you, including through anyone who works with us.

What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days.

  2. We will look into it and keep you up to date.

  3. We will tell you what we found and what we will do about it, without unnecessary delay. We aim to give you our full reply within one month. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.

There is no charge for making a complaint, and it will not affect how we treat you.

If you are still unhappy

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time. You do not have to wait for us, though we would like the chance to put things right first. Website: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Helpline: 0303 123 1113.
