Our social value

Flourishing is the trading name of Doughnut Labs Ltd, a small London company founded in 2020. We provide ADHD and autism coaching to neurodivergent adults, and neurodiversity training to the managers and organisations that employ them.

Most of our one to one clients are funded by the Department for Work and Pensions Access to Work scheme, so that people who could not otherwise afford coaching get support to find work, stay in work and progress. We help them through the Access to Work application itself, which many find a barrier in its own right.

Our clients are disabled people within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010. We work with employers and with a local authority to make workplaces that neurodivergent people can flourish in.

We are a for profit company with no outside investment: paying our coaches is the main cost, and the company holds no reserves. We handle health information, so getting data protection right for our clients matters to us.
